CELTA Course at EC International College of Teacher Training
Once I felt I am ready financially after a long time saving the fees for the CELTA course and after I had a careful thought, I decided to visit the EC International College of Teacher Training for CELTA course on the 28th of October 2019. I met Candice Rose the coordinator course and she told me that I have to do a written task then an interview with David. The task went well and I was given an appointment for the interview with Mr. David on the 29th at 12 noon. I was excited about the interview and super excited about attending the CELTA course. I was told that the course is very difficult and challenging by several people. In addition, I read a lot about the course and viewed many teachers' opinions who attended this course.
Let me talk to you about the interview I attended with Mr. David. It went smooth and was impressed by the way that David presented the task and college. We had about an hour discussing and talking about several methods, techniques and ideas about teaching and about the course. I enjoyed myself during the interview and I had a fruitful chat with Mr. David. I was told that I was accepted to the course then I went to pay the tuition and I got my acceptance letter then I left home.
Later I received an email telling me that I have to do a pre-task Celta course and bring it with me at the beginning of the course. The pre-task was intensive, it has 50 different questions. They are varied: methodology, teaching techniques, grammar, ext. I spent two days answering these questions and when I finished, I felt relax and comfortable Although the answer key attached with the same email, I prefer not to follow the key. I answered the questions using my own answer. I t some help from the key and from some websites.
